All international students are required to apply for the study permit to Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (DIKTI) of Indonesia regardless the length of their stay/ study at University of Mataram through our Office of International Affairs. Kindly read information below regarding your needs:
A. International Credit Transfer Program (ICTP), Degree Program, and BIPA Program:
- CV (signature required)
- Scanned signature
- Scanned passport
- Formal Photo (please wear the collared shirt or formal outfit)
- Latest medical statement/record (past one month)
- Latest Transcript/Latest Study Certificate
- Financial statement (signature required)
- Statement letter (signature required)

If your study permit/KITAS has expired but study period has yet to finish, please complete these documents:
- CV (signature required)
- Financial statement (signature required)
- Statement letter (signature required)
- Color-scanned passport
- Latest passport-styled photo (past one month)
- Latest medical statement/record (past one month)
- Latest transcript/study certificate
- Temporary Stay Permit (KITAS)
- Police Report Certificate (STM)
